500ml bottle, brygg #148, 4.7 % abv, beer gift from Ellen. Huge off-white head reduced to a remaining layer. Solid lacework. Near-clear, amber coloured body. Caramel malts and citrus on the nose, mid-dry. Red orange flavours mingled with caramel malts. Roasted bittersweet ending. Medium bodied. Fresh and soft in the mouth. Nice (Shared with Finn, Tromsø 06.02.2014).

Skarp i kantene.

Bra denne.

Shared 500 ml bottle at local tasting. ABV is 4.5%. Dark amber to red colour, moderate off-white head. Pleasant aroma of fruity and piney American hops, also notes of woodwork and lightly roasted malts. The flavour is not too sweet and not too dry, moderately roasted malts dominate, but fruity and piney American hops are also present. Roasty and dry aftertaste.

Bottled 500ml (PBF, brewed 130412, patch #91)
Deep amber color, small beige head. Caramel, yeast, some hops in the aroma. Light-bodied. Sweetish caramel, toffee, lingering hoppyness in the aftertaste. Light but well-brewed. Very similar to other Norwegian good micros from Nogne O etc.

Draught at the brewpub. Hazy ruby/copper colour, firm creamy head. Aroma of grapefruit and cherries. Quite dry with clean, rounded mouthfeel and medium body. Lingonberries, cherries and grapefruit, growing salty bitterness. a solid, full flavoured amber ale.
