Cask (gravity) @ 28th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2011, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England.Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, sweet malt, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light heavy bitter with a average to long duration, peel bitter, malt bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20111208]

Cask at Pigs Ear. Clear gold beer, bubbly white head. Light dry palate. Fresh tasting at least but other than that it’s not really anything other than a standard golden. Mild orange hops. Dry finish.
