Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, sweet malt, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light heavy bitter with a average to long duration, peel bitter, malt bitter. Cask at Pigs Ear. Clear gold beer, bubbly white head. Light dry palate. Fresh tasting at least but other than that it’s not really anything other than a standard golden. Mild orange hops. Dry finish.
