Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small fast disappearing white head. Has a fruity slightly tart phenol apple aroma. Sweetish fruity slightly tart apple flavor. Has a sweetish fruity apple finish.

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is wooden, sulphorish and crisp apple fruity. Smoked to wooden flavoured underneath and crisp apple fruity and yet slight chemical touch. Crisp fruity and sulphorish finish.

Bottled. A hazy amber cider with a thin beige head. The aroma has strong notes of apples leaning on being over ripe and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples and aplle core as well as some wood, leading to a lightly tart finish.

cloudy yellow, white head. aroma of quite sour apples, rubber flavor is sweet apple , apple soda water, ripening apple. flavors like green apple peel.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of Pinball. Pours a hazy golden with a bubbly dissipating white head. Tart barnyard and sulphur in the nose. Light body, very sweet apple notes, then smoke and rubber notes again with some sulphur notes. Quite some tannins in the finish. 290311
