AROMA: medium-high sour aroma with some slight notes, medium-low cork, wood and low over-ripe citrus fruits. APPEARANCE: amber color and clear. medium beige head with average retention. TASTE: initial medium-low sour flavor with faint acetic notes. initial low wood note, slightly sweet and with a faint citrus fruits presence. low bitterness with a dry finish. MOUTHFEEL: light body with medium carbonation. slight alcoholic warmth. OVERALL: a barrel aged sour ale with interesting smooth flavours.
