From tap at Canil, Lisboa. Aroma is biscuity wheat malt. Mostly grainy. Light body, light bitter as well. Hint of wheaty sourness. Not as hoppy as expected. Crisp.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 1D). Bottle 33 cl - batch unknown. AROMA: predominant hop aroma with a fruity character (passionfruit / ripe mango). slightly sweet malty background. almost imperceptible wheat. APPEARANCE: gold color and translucent. moderate-low white head with average-low retention. TASTE: predominant hop flavour with tropical fruit notes (passionfruit). wheat imperceptible. slightly sweet background. moderate bitterness that lasts beyond an almost dry and bitter finish. PALATE: medium-light body with average carbonation. OVERALL: altough the beer has no technical deficiencies, it resembles an APA rather than an American Weat Beer. Needs mode wheat presence and more balance with the hops.
