Cask (backlog). Orangeish amber colour with a small head. Aroma is toffee, some bready malts, mild honey, nectar and citrus along with some sap and resin. Flavour is toffee, quite crisp biscuity maltiness as well as some floral, wooden, mildly toasted and quite nicely on the sweetside to coverup the mellow bitterness.
