After six years of R&D and over 100 test batches, our obsession has finally arrived. We leaned into innovation to create our unique take on the style. We add whole flower hops to our hopback to preserve the delicate essential oils of a new hop variety of noble descent. Complex, refreshing, and ridiculously drinkable, this beer is our tribute to everything a world-class Pils can be.

On draught at The Corner Office Restaurant & Martini Bar during GABF Week. Clear pale golden color with a medium thin white head that burns away quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of malt, citrus and hops. Light-bodied with flavors of roast malt, citrus and mild grassy hops. The finish is clean and fruity with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.

A- Yellow color, clear liquid, white head.
A- Corn, grains, subtle lemon.
F- Corn, lemon, faint sweetness.
T- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish.
O- My first Brewver rating now that I have finally been able to upload all my RateBeer ratings (RIP). Exciting new era! Solid pils. Lots of lemon and maybe not as crisp as I'd like the finish but good.

Consumed from the can, at the members party at the climbing gym. Grass clippings, mild resin, lavender, and corn. Sweet and malty, with a fair, sticky bitterness. Light to medium body, hard, and sticky. Pretty clean and solid.
