Brewed in collaboration with @yakimachief and @nzhopsltd to bring some fresher-than-fresh hop trials straight to your glass! Keeping the overall grain bill on the mellower side but increasing our oat additions, just teetering into the Double IPA range, while still providing a big mouthfeel. We used Yakima Chief's Citra 702 Trial and SUPERDELIC Hops. This is a new, flowable, aromatic hop extract we had the pleasure of seeing in their laboratory last year, and immediately knew we wanted to try it out. Using these trial products in our process along with our selected lots of Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo, we're getting unbelievable aromas of mango and bright citrus.

Pint can. White grape aroma with notes of peach, grapefruit, pineapple, mango and some pine resin. Pours hazy golden colored with a half a finger of white head that has excellent retention and lacing. Starts with juicy white grape, peach and pineapple flavors. Finishes dry but still quite smooth with mango, grapefruit and pine resiny hop flavors. Excellent hazy.

16 oz. can. Pours a murky, dark orange color, with a small, bubbly, off-white head. The aroma is peach, straw, grapefruit, white grapes, and wheat. Sweet and juicy, with a mellow, musty bitterness. Medium to heavy body, pulpy, and a bit acidic. Nice, fruity, and tasty.
