On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear, golden color, with a small, white head. The nose is strong, pleasant aroma of vanilla, hay, mild brandy, toast, and light spruce. Sweet and sugary, with a fair, sticky bitterness. Light, crisp, and clean. Nice, mellow beer.
