Taster at the brewery. Pours a clear, golden color, with a small, bubbly, off-white head. The nose is lemongrass, hay, grains of paradise, and white toast. Sweet and malty, with a mild, bright, citrusy bitterness. Light, crisp, and clean. Easy, crisp, and effervescent. Lovely.
