A traditional Belgian wit bier brewed with coriander, fresh orange peel and a very special blend of Belgian yeast. We use a traditional style mash with oats, un-malted wheat produced by a special family farm, ancient floor malted pilsner malt from Europe and noble hops from Europe. Incredibly balanced and flavorful.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a clear, straw color, with a small, white head. The aroma is hay, grapefruit peel, grains of paradise, and quinine. Sweet, with an acrid, sticky bitterness. Light, crisp, and clingy. Fair.
