Taster at the Carter Payne. A pale, hazy-ish, yellow color, with a medium, bubbly, white head. The aroma is lemongrass, hay, vanilla, coriander, and butterscotch. Sweet and oddly fruity, with a bracing bitterness. Light, crisp, and sticky. Bright, interesting, and quality.
