Tap, filled to bottle. Smell- weak, acidic, malt, bread. Foam- thin, malty, acidic, kvass, sweet, bit rubbery, faint sour notes. Head is tiny, dirty white, brown tint. Appearance - Clear, dark ruby color, high carbonation. From - snifter Taste - malt, bit acidic, faint sour notes, but maltier, not as sweet as other kvass I have tried. Not bad, refreshing.

Draught into PET bottle @ Miestins centra, Bruninieku 42, Riga, Latvia.Light unclear medium to dark red brown colour with a average, frothy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, brown sugar, light bread - sweet bread. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, brown sugar - syrup, watery, iron - blood notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120729]

Served into PET bottle from tap at Miestins, Riga. Enjoyed around the corner in a park. Cloudy copper colour, coarse head. Lemony bread aroma. Sweetish with clean mouthfeel and light-medium body. Dextrose and raisins, followed by blood and metal. No bitterness. Sticky, yet watery.
