50cl pours a mostly clear gold with some white head. Big lemon nose, raw berry, some rice wine vinegar, some acetic acid. Flavor is big heavy acid, sort of pomegranate vinegar, some pale grist, a little flowers, raw pineapple. Full bodied, hot and acetic. Fine.

Taster at the Lincoln Fill Station. Pours a clear, golden color, with a small, off-white head. Light tannins, grapefruit juice, rose, black pepper, and light toast. Dry and musty. Fun and well made.
