Bottle pours a watery purple with basically no head. Nose is tart and grapey, merlot mostly, some under ripe blueberry. Flavors follow, a little lemon, but mostly raw berries and under attenuated red wine. Tart finish.

500 mL bottle. Pours a beautiful, red color, with a medium, lively, pink head. The nose is blackberry cobbler (big berries, vanilla, and caramel), lime juice, cinnamon, and some bittering herbs. Not too sweet, with a bracing, tart finish. Medium body, quite acidic, and surprisingly thick. Balanced, focused, and quite tasty.
