Can. Clear reddish-brown pour with a small beige head that has fair retention. Aroma was light with roasted grains. and some caramel. Taste is more roasted grains, earth and some lightly bitter walnuts. The palate was light with prickly carbonation. Finishes dry with a trace of metal. Overall: Not bad--paired well with some extra toasty cheez-its.

Taste at Trail's End. Pours a clear, brown color, with a small, beige head. The nose is brown bread, maple, caraway, and straw. Light, fruity ester. Sweet and nicely yeasty, with a mellow bitter finish. Light, simple, and quite tasty.
