0.75l bottle from 2010. What a great looking bottle and what a genius twitch-plastic-cork! It pours a crystal clear golden body - no head what so ever. On the aroma I get grapy-citrus tones next to the not-to-sweet apply profile this kind of ciders often has. Could just be the old fantasy going a bit nuts, but I also get hints of smoked - almost burned oaky wood. Perhaps also a hint of icy snow! Not extreme, neither sweet or dry. Balanced I guess? Oh, when tasting it it's quite on the sweet side - without being to sweet. Almost like a juiced up, fermented and carbonated apple nectar added some sort of inc. Lot's of sweet apples with some undertones of flowers. Sparkling? Well, not to sure that's the best name on this one. Quite nice to have a glass of, but I'm glad I got to share some of this bottle with my girlfriend. 27.04.2012

750 ml bottle, vintage 2008, sparkling, from Vinmonopolet. ABV is 9.0%. Pale golden colour. Pours moderately fizzy with a very short-lived white head. Moderate carbonation in the glass. Aroma and flavour of fermenting sweet eating apples (varieities: Gravenstein, Summerred and Aroma), hints of sulphur and oak. Definitely drinkable.

Bottled. A light yellow cider with a rim of white head. The aroma is sweet apply with light notes of wood. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples and alcohol, the latter giving a slight burn in the throat, leading to a dry woody finish. Thanks to Papsoe for sharing.

From 75 cL bottle. Pours pale yellow with almost no head. Sour aroma with some sweetness in the second line. Fucking sour. Dry and sour finish. A complete mismatch with my tastebuds.

(Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of yngwie. Pours a clear, pale golden with a small, white head. Distinct aroma of apple juice. Full and rich body with lots of sweet apple notes and then a rather pushy alcohol in the finish. 290607

Bottle, 10%. Pale yellow colour. Very small white head. Pear aroma. Good citric apple flavour, slightly sweet, but quite good. Alcohol aftertaste, reminding me of vodka/brændevin.
