The taste is similar to the aroma: Coffee flavor leads the way, with sweet malt helping to keep the coffee in check. The maple notes are super faint, at best. This is a mellow coffee lager, not really a Vienna lager. Clean and smooth. Medium body. Low carbonation. Not bitter.

12 oz. can. Pours a clear, straw color. Lots of bubbles and carbonation, with a big, pillowy, beige head. Pine, mellow coffee, walnut, rose, and caramel. Pretty dry, with a good bitterness. Sharp, balanced, and flavorful.
