17/X/14 - 33cl bottle from LETS Oostende @ Akke and Fem's place - bottled: IX/2014 (2014-1218) Thanks to Sabien from LETS Oostende for getting the bottle to Gent!

Clear blond beer, small aery white head, little stable, bit adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: bit spicy, yeasty, ginger touch, some banana, sugary. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet sugary start, orange peel, pretty spicy, ginger, fruit. Aftertaste: unpleasant bitterness, bit metallic, little sour, yeast, sugary, lots of alcohol.

Bottle thnx to the Lady working for Jessenhofke at ACBC . Bottle was only a few days old when I got it , so refermentation was done by myself . Pours very clear blonde, good white head . Smell is malty ( pilsner comes to mind ) bit sweet, complex grainyness ( probably from the use of mixed malts ) . Little bitter hint . Taste is Bitter, some grassy, green hoppyness ( no IPA hopyness at all ) with a sweet, full bodied grainyness behind it . Ends rather dry . Hops give a complex taste to the beer . Bit fruity aspects . VERY well done , this one !
