12 oz. can. Pours a clear, golden color, with a small, fleeting, white head. The nose is green apple, lemon juice, vanilla, and Riesling. Sharp and acidic. Light body, with a flat, acidic palate. This is a fair, fruity sour.

On Tap at the Boise brewery/taproom. Slightly foggy very pale yellow pour. Thin fine and lasint Quite subtle and soft. MOdest lacto tartness and a late bready cracker cereal malt note. Tasty.

On tap at b30 pours out crisp clean straw topped with a white head. Nose is sweet apple vanilla cream and tartness. Taste is sweet tart apple vanilla notes and a touch of spice.
