12 ounce bottle from Appalachian Vintner, 12/24/23. Bottled 01/05/22. Clear dark red, large tan head, average retention. Aroma of raisin, bourbon, toffee, caramel, vanilla. Taste is vanilla, chocolate, oak, whiskey, raisin, soy, caramel, toffee, cherry. Full bodied, mild booze. Nice.

Bourbon aroma. Flavor starts with sweet raisins, finishes with a bourbon taste. More than wee, it’s full heavy.
