On draft at Bosco’s Nashville. Medium gold color with a minimal white head. Malt with little to no hop aroma makes this a far cry from a Bock, but I discussed the brew for some time with the brewmaster and he declined to put a style label on it. It is very much like a lightly malted Oktoberfest fermented with 1056 yeast. Smooth palate, lightly malty with a clean finish. Well balanced, not overly done in any way and an acceptable brew to have early in the day with lunch as I had it.
