An unclear dark orange beer with an orange head. The aroma is slightly hoppy, but also with a slight note of butter. The flavor is quite light with notes of dusty hops and a bit of butter. I find it boring.

Pour is a bright orange with a small white head. Aroma is of freah earthy hops that give it a piney and rich aroma. Flavor falls way flat of the aroma. Very watery but there is a touch of hops in there. This started off so good but fell flat.

Thanks to heemer77 for this one! Well I could easily survive on this if I were stuck in Iowa. Nice light gold color that comes with a head of fine white foam. Good clean hop aroma. The flavor is well balanced malt and hops with a slightly chalky finish that was the only detractor and it wasn’t intense enough to disqualify this one. Good APA and better than many IPA’s I’ve had.

This beer came in my beer club. I have never heard of this brewer before. Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a dark red-bronze color with a medium sized tan head. The aroma is sweet and has a strong spicy hop element. The body is moderately thick The flavor is nutty with a strong spicy hop flavor and a hint of caramel. The hops coat the tongue and linger on the palate. This beer surprised me, and I found myself rather fond of it. Now only if it was normally available here...
