Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L’s place. Thanks Stas. Cloudy pinkish yellow. Aroma of overripe strawberries, kinda medicinal. Mildly tart flavor, a bit lactic, slightly medicinal, with some strawberries and citrus. Rather light-bodied. Quite pleasant.

At a tasting, thanks, small creamy head, cloudy very light orange color, aroma of strawberry jam, minerals, yoghurt and wood, fruity flavor with some yoghurt and a mineral hint, very light strawberry aftertaste. Nice and easy to drink.
