AROMA: medium-high sweet cocoa aroma with a low background note of almonds and alcohol. APPEARANCE: very dark brown color and opaque. medium-low brown head with low to no retention. TASTE: initial medium sweet cocoa flavor and slight alcohol. low bitterness with a sweet and slightly roasty (almost burnt) finish. MOUTHFEEL: full body and creamy with a slight velvet sensation. medium-low carbonation. slightly hot alcoholic sensation. OVERALL: a pastry stout with strong cocoa notes, on the sweet side, not very complex.
