Bottled at PBF. Hazy copper colour, brief head. Sourish caramel and wet wood. Mid sweet with light body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramelly. Low bitterness.

Bottled@PBF2012. Deep amber colour, small slightly off-white head. Aroma is mild wood, some slight smoked notes as well as some herbs and mild nuttyness. Flavour is fruity, a bit wooden and resiny with some slight notes of caramel.

Bottle at my Pre-CBC Tune-Up Tasting. It pours deep amber-brown, with a thick white head. The nose is caramel, varnish, coffee, chocolate and straw. The taste is caramel, roasted malt, charcoal, dark fruit, varnish, wood, some tang and coffee, with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Quite nice actually, but I would question the style classification of this one.
