High on hops, high on oats and not so high on alcohol - this is Aye-aye, the first Hazy Pale Ale we’ve ever brewed. We’ve been experimenting with adding large amounts of malted and unmalted oats to the grain bill a lot recently, and we’re really happy with the amazingly creamy mouthfeel that it delivers. We’ve applied the same procedure to this fantastic beer, and have done massive late and dry hop additions of Galaxy and cryo Idaho7. Very juicy, very silky, full bodied and almost session ABV level. You could drink this for breakfast. We’re not saying you should. But you could. Tropical mimosa styleee!
