Well kept cask ale, half pint at TapHouse - Tuckers Maltings, shared with Finn. Solid lacing from a low, beige head, clear deep amber coloured body. Bread and herbal hops on the nose. Flavoured with bread and leafy hops. Mid dry bittersweet tail. Well made for the low abv (Newton Abbot 27.04.2017).

[500ml bottle from Tuckers Maltings, Newton Abbot] Pours a dirty amber-gold with a lasting creamy white head. Little carbonation. Smells pleasantly malty. Initially thirst-quenching. Taste is of digestive biscuits with a dry, bitter and slightly sour finish that leaves you wanting more beer - preferably a completely different beer. I didn’t enjoy this one much.
