Hybrid Sour Beer
As the name explains, this is not wine. It is however a sour beer fermented with the grapes Sauvignon Blanc and Moscato Giallo which add citrussy and winey notes. Tannins? Check. Umami? Check. Interesting texture? Check. After taste worth exploring? Check. The taste pallet will be known to those who like sour beers AND natural orange wines and petnats. It is not going to win sour-olympics, but it's sour and balanced enough to accompany gourmet dinners. The usage of four different malts is giving it an interesting texture and the Styrian Golding hops is subtle enough to make it into a beer but not to get in the way too much. Only natural ingredients, no preservatives, no additives, no artificial sweeteners or aromas, no sugar.

Bottle. Gushing white head, not lasting. Hazy oraneg golden, a bit dirty. Gentle vinous nose, later on some more pronounced sweet grape notes. Moderate sourness, some mild sweetness and tart finish. Lasting aftertaste. Light body. Nice and really drinkable.
