Tap, Sir William's Pib. Pretty hazy coppery, medium white head, ok lasting. Mild soury nose, more fruitiness, gentle plums, sweet and very overripe. Gentle sourness upfront, a bit puckery with some fruitiness in the back. Gentle aftertaste. Light and fresh.
