Handbottle
Dark purple/brown color. The aroma is moderately spicy, the flavor is spicy and disgusting, vegetable, with unexpected bitterness. Offensive.

Bottle, pours a deep dark mahogany with a no head. Nose is highly spiced, with notes of harsh alcohol, spice and honey. Flavour is intensely spicy, with not much else discernible. Ridiculous spicy notes overwhelm the palate. Not good.

Bottle shared during the RBESG 2014 London Grand Tasting - Moncada Brewery. Pours clear amber. Outrageously sweet, even for a mead, but I still dig it. Lots of jammy berries, some strawberry cream. Full bodied, soft, chewy. Sticky and lightly warming to conclude, with rich and syrupy honey, more ripe fruits. Heavy duty.
