500ml bottle. Quasi black colour with average to huge, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, beige to tan head. Sweet-ish, chocolately, roasty and slightly spicy, dark malty aroma, hints of treacle, molasses and liquorice, a touch of burnt caramel. Taste is sweet and spicy dark malty, a sweet middle strand with notes of treacle, molasses, caramel and malt lozenge is surrounded by bitter hoppy, slightly metallic and spicy notes, liquorice, iron rust, even blood. Well hidden alcohol, rather light body, almost watery texture. Nothing wrong here, a good deal of flavours you'd expect from a Baltic Porter are present, but simply not in best quality and not as tasty as possible.
