Vom Fass (mit 4,7% ABV) im Stone Brewing Berlin 2017-12 getrunken. Eine sehr gut abgestimmte Gose. Die typische eher leichte Säure wirkt wunderbar erfrischend. Lecker!

Draught at Stone. Cloudy lemon with a thin head. Aroma of citrus wheat. Flavour is lemon wheat and salt, dry lemon finish.

Keg at Stone Berlin. A translucent yellow straw coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is floral citrus pineapple chunks, dried wheat, little plastic. Flavour is composed of tart tangy lemon rind, pineapple, underripe peach, crisp light malts, wheat . Little rose petal. Palate is crisp, tart, highish carbonation. Zesty. Mellow salt.
