Tap. Clear golden with small white head. Aroma is malt, lemon, sour, hop and spices. Flavour is malt, fruit, hop, spices, sour, lemon, acid, tart, little dry, vinegar , little sweet and medium dry.

Draught at the Brew Dock, Dublin. Clear, deep gold colored. AROMA- sour, vinous. FLAVOR- dry and very sour, white wine, must. Medium bodied.

Draught at Brewdock. Honey lemon with a thin head. Aroma of acidic citrus. Flavour is salty, tangy citrus, bitter lemon, more salt on the finish. Long tart finish.
