Bottle at home (courtesy of the bartender of Hoppy Ending in Naples, thanks a lot!), cellared for over a year. Pours copperish deep golden with no head. Nose is candi sugar, light esters, sweet booze. Taste is sweet booze, caramel, light malty notes, moderate oxidized notes, some faint vinious character. Closes with long lasting, warming sweet booze, has light to medium body (certainly not enough for the ABV) and soft carbo. Not sure if the aging did it any good (or, in fact, harm), but in this form it’s kinda mediocre.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso propende per il fruttato. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. Le bollicine sono grandi. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di caramello, miele, pane cotto di recente, erba, agrumi e frutta passita.

Keg at bir and fud. Pours clear golden amber, nose is orange, resinous, caramel, taste is sweet, fruity, juicy, some toffee.
