Keg at Campervan. It pours opaque darkest brown to black with a small beige head. The aroma is sweet, sticky, brown bread, toasted spice, warming, cacao nibs, umami and leather. The taste is dry, bitter - sweet, chewy, toothy, caramel, toffee, toasted brown sugars, spice, chocolate, caramel shortbread and burnt toast with a slick finish. Medium to full body, fine carbonation with a slick mouth - feel. Decent.

Keg at the brewery. Dark brown body with a tight beige head. Good lacing. Aroma of burnt toffee, Marmite and shoe polish. Flavour of prunes, liquorice, raisins and a tart blueberry finish. Medium body with a slightly sticky mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Rich and sweet. A delicious beer.
