Deep yellow color, with a medium white head. Aroma is sweet, honey. Taste too, honey, and something herbal. Not bad, but too fizzy.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of Lowenbrau. Pours a hazy yellow with a small white head. A little honey in the nose, but also some white grapes. Medium body, doesn’t feel heavy or sticky in spite of the added honey, it really must’ve fermented well. Rather I get these notes of a dry white wine, a phenollic edge though. Ends rather dry. 290512
