Fles gedronken in de Alpen met LiekevdV. Het is een troebel geel bier met een medium schuimkraag. Het heeft een hoppige geur en een zoete citrus smaak met hoppige nasmaak.

At Horeca Expo 2015. Local Ardennes beer with only one distributor for the time being, if I am correctly informed. Very thick, towering, frothy, dense snow white head, colour a hazy golden blonde with greenish hue and strong, champagne-like fizz. Aroma of sweet apple, dessert wine, hay, bread crust, pineapple, lemon zest, but some DMS (cooked white cabbage) as well. Soft fruity taste, hint of apple cider, pineapple, sweet grapes, soft and fluffy body, bready, with light hayish and herbal hop bitterness in the end but not providing sufficient balance against the initial sweetness. Well suited as an apéritif beer, though.
