On cask at the Bridge Inn, Ratho. Appearance - golden amber with a proportionate head. Nose - creamy orange and bread or biscuit. Taste - more burnt biscuit on this time. Still some orange plus some caramel. Palate - light to medium bodied. Dry crunchy middle and finish. Overall - a solid citizen.

Cask at The Grill, Aberdeen. It pours clear golden - amber with a medium, fluffy white head. The aroma is grassy, straw, lemon peel, lemongrass, verbena and a touch of spice. The taste is dry, firmly bitter which lingers, some biscuity malt base, peppery spice, straw, grass pithy, zesty and a touch of lemon - lime with a dry finish. Light to medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Not bad, if a touch grainy/spicy.
