Draught @ Bryggeriet Herning, Torvet 3 C, 7400 Herning, Denmark.ABV: 5.8%. Unclear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity, light banana, bubble gum - clove notes, coriander notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, yeasty, fruity, banana, spicy, initial some coriander, finish some clove, light tart fruit. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20120721]

From tap at the brewpub, 5.3%. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild banana and estery. Fruity, banana, estery and light bubblegum flavoured. Bitter, fruity and light hoppy.

Flakhaven Odense, July 2011. Muddy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma is mostly muddy yeast, with some decent grainy notes. Sweet grainy flavour with lots of yeast and a hint of citrus

Tap @ Clemens. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are wheat malt, coriander, yeast and hops.

Wheaty, slightly spicy aroma. Ckoudy yellow colour, small white head. The coriander is obvious and leaves the beer unbalanced. Could do with some citrus IMO.

[Draught at Københavnske Øldage] Cloudy yellow. Interesting aroma of banana and coriander. Sweet, lightly soapy and medium bodied. A pleasant slightly unusual thirst quencher.

Cloudy deep blond color. Strong spicy aroma. Malty taste, spicy, light fruitness. Maybe too bitter.

(On tap) Hazy golden with a creamy, white head leaving some laces. Distinct wheaty esters in the nose, banana is sticking out. Medium body with some great banana flavours shining through. Quite fruity and fresh, the coriander is quite weak. Some sulphur in the finish and then the usual Apollo bittering hops to mess up the overall impression. Still nice though. 200406

An unclear greenish yellow beer with a nice white head. The aroma is sweet with a strange note of coriander mixing in with the wheat. The flavor is very sweet with strong notes of coriander and lesser notes of wheat. The end is dry and wheaty. Quite nice.

Daftt at brewpub. Creamy white good fully lasting head. Yellow cloudy colour. Nice but week aroma. OK flavor, you can hardly detect the coriander. Syruply palate.
