Barley Wine aged in Bourbon barrels.
This beer was brewed in 2021 and cryo concentrated the year after. It then rested in fresh bourbon barrels from 2022 to 2024. This beer will age gracefully in a good cellar. The blend consists of:
90% Aged in Woodford reserve barrels for 2,5 years.
10% Aged in a Garrison Brothers quarter cask for 2 years.

Olmost black with a small brown head - Dark malt aroma with some wood and dark fruity tones - Dark malt body with wood barrel flavours with dark fruity tones and some alcohol as well - Dark malt with wood and dark fruity flavours goes into the finish with alcohol heat - This was real good

Интересный барлик, мощный, почти стаут на вкус, хотя карамелька есть местами, много шоколада. Хотя алкашки многовато конечно.

Bottle. Close to Imperial Stout in many aspects, yet with a distinct Barley Wine feel. Sweet, with dried fruit, toffee, roasted malts, oak, booze, licorice, dark chocolate, vanilla, coffee, tannins and bitterness. Although quite boozy, a really fine brew indeed. 949417 250715

YG.Black color with no head. Aroma and flavor is alcohol, roasted malt, licorice, dried fruit. bourbon, vanilla, toffee, raisin. Powerful very nice beer.
