Une bière au malt tourbé vieillie 14 mois dans une barrique provenant de la distilerie Laphroaig (Ecosse). Derrière sa robe vermillon se découvre un nez vit de tourbe fumée. On retrouve en bouche toute la complexite des grands scotch. La boucle est bouclée.

Clear amber beer, big bubbled small aery irregular head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: super smoky, very peated, some caramel, malty touch. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: sourish start, surprisingly acidic, wasn’t expecting this… a bit smoky, fruity, peaches and apricots. Aftertaste: sourish, very peated, fruity notes, lemony, ok but not great.
