We couldn’t be happier to release this American IPA brewed exclusively with @billygoathopfarm Chinook, CTZ, Copper, and Comet hops. This recipe approaches bitterness liberally and layers in a delightful flurry of Mandarin, Orange and Grapefruit Peel aromas with an Herbaceous, Peppery grounding balance. Cararye Malt plays a distinct role in adding a nice, classic copper color and a little bit of peppery, earthy balance to an IPA that really thrives in these colder days and nights. Grab a few and warm yourself up around a fire with friends, we’re sure you’ll enjoy.

Aromas are medium roast malt, burnt sugar, slightly oldresin hops with a hint of citrus. Flavors are similar to nose, More bitter than sweet with soft carbonation. Just barely drinkable.

Pint can pours with a clear copper amber colored body that supports a full light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up lightly roasted crystal malts, a dash of malty esters and then somewhat vague hoppiness. The taste delivers a pleasing blend of spicy to pine like hop bitterness and lightly roasted crystal malts. This comes across as a very lightly roasted Cascadian Dark Ale. Another sip brings up a thin layer of bitter grapefruit hops. This works.
