Gold colour, just a slight haze, and no head. Aroma is nelson as fuck. On the palate, it's a lot of nelson. There's a lot of pale malt that's putting in work to hold this up. Not actually a lot of bitterness, almost a touch of acidity to it. But that assertive nelson is, well it's something. If you're going to give me a hop, don't fuck around. So I appreciate what they're doing here.

175mL pour at the brewery. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Tons of tangy gooseberry on the nose. Flavour has tangy gooseberry, crisp cracker malts, and a touch of white wine. The bright and tangy Nelson hops work great with the pilsner malt profile. Excellent.

On tap the Magnet, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is full of bright Nelson, with lots of tangy white wine hops, grass, and crisp crackery malt. Flavour is bright, with bright tangy hops, white wine, and crisp crackery malt. Tangy, bright, clean and refreshing. Excellent.
