Slight hop bitterness, light copper color. The Steamer is brewed with lager yeast but fermented at ale temperatures. This uniquely American brewing style results in a crisp, heavily hopped, but well balanced brew that has an impressive head. In the early days, a cask of this lively beer released a heavy mist when tapped, hence the term 'steam', a bit of hostory in a glass!
