Appearance: Black with a small tan head with spotty lacing
Aroma: Roasted malts, chocolate and spices
Taste: Dark malts, chocolate, peppers and grainy

On tap at the brewery. Listed under the Brewer’s Select name, and as Mole Porter. Pours a dark brown color with a small white head. A light nose of cocoa cola and roast, a bit of green. The flavor is quite nice; mellow chocolates, more cola, only a hint of pepper but certainly some spices. Easygoing and tasty.
