2012-06-17, bottle 165/500 from the brewery, 7-5-8-4-15=39
Although the bottle has been standing undisturbed for long time, it pours a cloudy amber color; the medium sized head is persistent. Delicate aroma of wine and wood, light vanilla, light acidity. Good body strength; malt flavor with moderate sweetness, and also a late astringency; the cask provides both a nice vanilla flavor and a delicate vinous character; subdued bitterness, allowing in the final to the fruitiness to appear.
Very good.

Hazy amber color, medium sized head. Very nice aroma, with wood, vanilla, light fruit, apricot jam, alcohol and puke. Quite sweet and fruity flavor, malty, with some vanilla and wine. The bitterness is low.
Not fully cohesive, but very interesting.
