A balanced malty red ale with tropical fruit undertones & hop profile. Only Apollo hops were used in making this beer, from start to finish & even in the dry hop. A delicious way to quench that thirst.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours an appealing dark mahogany hue with a large tan head. A sweet malty nose with cherry and berries. The flavor is overall smooth with dominant dry toasted malts,dusty at times, some cherry, cola, pushing hops but limited by the abv. Bitter at times. Good.

On tap at Squatters downtown
Appearance: Clear dark brown with a medium sized beige head and good lacing
Aroma: Tropical fruit and citrus
Taste: Tropical fruit, grassy with a bitter citrus finish
A nice hoppy beer, enjoyed this one.
