2013 edition, bottle number 336 of 400, $16.19, 22oz, black wax.
A- it pours black with a 1 finger head of tannish foam, good lacing.
A- very roasty, notes of chocolate, vanilla, some booze from the Whiskey barreling.
T- it’s very hot. I get a ton of roasted malt, bitter chocolate, vanilla in the background, light notes of Whiskey.
P- on the light side of medium bodied, lightish carbonation, not the greatest mouthfeel.
O- like I said, very hot and not all that good tasting. I wonder what some cellaring would do but the carbo is already light. I can’t give it a hearty recommendation.
