Opaque dark brown beer, little pale tan head. Crisp dry palate. Minerals. Mild smoke. Lacto dark malt. Touch of red berry fruits. Joins together well. Dry crisp finish.

Draft. A black beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of smoke and roasted malt. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of roasted malt and smoke as well as a light note of berries, leading to a dry finish.

On tap. Pours an opaque dark brown with a beige head. Fat rubbery smoke aroma with a whiff of nuts. Light body, dry roast, lightly tart baconish smoke with a bitter and tart finish. Not for me this one. 120512
